This interior design project for an existing building reuse and expansion combines elements of the old structure with the new building design. Materials were carefully chosen to blend rich colorful and tactile qualities with a minimal and modern aesthetic.

Interior public spaces for the entire building were included in our scope of work. Also retail tenant guidelines and signage concept design were included in order to create a unified style for the mixed-use retail & office centre.
