Eric Dempsey Architect, LLC (“Dempsey Design”) operates dempsey-design.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and project details, when you use our contact form, request our design guide, or sign up for updates. Like most websites, we and our service providers may also collect basic technical data automatically, including browser type, device, pages visited, and general location, through cookies and similar technologies.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, send occasional updates you have asked for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
This site is hosted by Webflow, and meeting scheduling is provided by Calendly. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Links to outside sites, including AIA, BBB, Instagram, and LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ policies.
You may opt out of emails at any time, disable cookies in your browser settings, or ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
