Zebra Office Proposal

We prepared a design-build proposal for Zebra’s new Shanghai office in the prestigious HKRI building. Developed in collaboration with a Beijing-based general contractor, the proposal brought together workplace design, cost strategy, quality control, and construction delivery planning into an integrated design-build approach. The concept emphasized a clean, professional, and efficient workplace environment suited to a technology-driven multinational company. Planning, materials, and interior character were considered together to support daily workflow, collaboration, client-facing areas, and a strong sense of brand presence. The project reflects Dempsey Design’s experience with workplace interiors, design-build coordination, and global corporate environments in Shanghai. It also demonstrates the studio’s ability to balance international expectations with local project delivery expertise.
