This summer, Dempsey Design is pleased to welcome Zlata Golubovska to the studio for a summer internship.
Zlata is an art student at the local Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and she has already brought a fresh creative perspective to the office. On her very first day, she created a short DEMPSEY showreel for our Instagram page — a montage of our logo set against photos taken entirely around CityPlace in West Palm Beach.

Internships are an important part of architectural education. They offer a first look at how ideas move from sketches and conversations into drawings, coordination, permitting, construction, and the daily responsibilities of professional practice. For a small architecture office, this also creates a valuable opportunity to share the many sides of the profession — design thinking, technical documentation, client communication, project organization, and the discipline required to move work forward.
Throughout the summer, Zlata will assist with project research, drawing organization, presentation support, office systems, and general studio tasks while gaining exposure to active architectural work in South Florida.
We believe mentorship is one of the ways the profession renews itself. Dempsey Design is grateful for the opportunity to support emerging creative talent and to share a practical view of architecture as both a creative discipline and a professional service.
