Our team led the Phase 2 and 3 expansion of Splunk’s Shanghai office, introducing a seamless connection to the newly acquired 10th floor. Central to the design was the addition of a staircase, which served as both a functional and visual centerpiece, enhancing connectivity and collaboration across floors. The design strategy was anchored by a clear division of front-of-house and back-of-house spaces, enabling efficient space planning while supporting Splunk’s dynamic work culture. This complex project was a collaborative effort involving Splunk’s internal teams, Colliers, and ADM, ensuring that every detail aligned with the company’s vision and operational needs. The result is a thoughtfully expanded modern workspace that reflects Splunk’s innovative spirit and fosters productivity and engagement.
