Splunk

Eric Dempsey led the Phase 2 and 3 expansion of Splunk’s Shanghai office in collaboration with ADM Design’s Shanghai-based team, including the integration of a newly acquired 10th floor. The project introduced a central interconnecting stair to unify the workplace across levels, improving circulation and visual connectivity. The design strategy established a clear organization between front-of-house and back-of-house functions, enabling efficient space planning while maintaining flexibility for future growth. The expanded office accommodates collaborative work areas, focused work zones, and support spaces within a cohesive spatial framework. The project was delivered in coordination with Splunk’s internal teams and project partners, including Colliers, aligning design, technical requirements, and construction execution. The result is a connected, high-performance workplace designed to support a growing global team.
